Welcome to Gravesend Wine Merchant & Eatery

Gravesend is a restaurant and wine shop inside the Paso Market Walk in Paso Robles. We cook seasonal food, pour Saint K Wines, and keep a shelf full of small producers most people haven't found yet.

Chef Amy Baer cooks California coastal cuisine with Mediterranean, Asian, and Latin influences. The menu follows the season and changes with it. Before Gravesend, she was a film composer. That sense of structure shows up in everything she puts out.

We pour small producers, mostly from Paso Robles and Santa Barbara County. The list rotates and gives you a reason to come back. Tasting flights are available any time we're open.

Gravesend is the home of Saint K Wines. The name Gravesend comes from the name of one of our wines that was inspired by the city of Gravesend, England. The name translates to 'edge of the forest' meaning on the edge of authority. In the Universe of Saint K, Gravesend is a safe place worth traveling to for refuge, and that is what we want it to be for anyone who visits us. Stop by the Paso Market Walk and taste the lineup.
